Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping to the United Kingdom: Standard delivery costs £1.99 and takes 5–10 business days. Standard delivery is free on orders of £30 or more. Express delivery costs £4.99.

International Shipping We also ship internationally. Delivery times vary by destination and typically take 7-21 business days.

UK rates are listed above. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@geminilulu.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will resolve it promptly.
